1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Printify web application or using the local Tauri print client, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are a print shop owner or coordinator, you agree to these terms on behalf of your establishment.

2. Acceptable Document Uploads

Users are solely responsible for the content of the files they upload to the Printify spool. You agree not to upload any material that:

• Infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware, scripts, or embedded code designed to disrupt the local printing bridge or backend.
• Violates local institutional regulations or standard student honor codes.

3. Pricing and Billing Models

Prices shown during document uploads (such as monochrome vs color pricing) are calculated estimates based on page counts and parameters set by independent shop coordinators. Actual payment collections are conducted offline or through the local coordinator's designated terminals. Printify Platform Inc. does not process monetary payments and is not liable for transaction disputes.

4. Disclaimer of Hardware Warranties

Printify is a cloud-based queue coordinator. We integrate with physical office and workstation printers via powershell scripts and SumatraPDF. We make no guarantees regarding the physical uptime of local printer nodes, toner levels, print speed, paper jams, or hardware defects. All hardware maintenance and output quality are strictly the responsibility of the local shop operator.

5. Proprietary Software and Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, client applications, web interfaces, and SaaS cloud infrastructure associated with the Printify platform are proprietary products. They are strictly not in the public domain and are protected by national and international copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property laws. Users and coordinators are granted a restricted, non-transferable license to access the platform. Any copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, or modifications of the proprietary code are strictly prohibited without express written consent.
